The S100 Automobile silk set is arguably one of the toughest silk sets issued during the tobacco silk insert era. The set was produced for distribution in California for Factory 171 and contained (25) subjects. As with all silks and most of the card issues of the same time frame--the California issues are very difficult.
This single S100 Automobile Silk is a very scarce piece that is in about VGEX to EX condition. It pictures the subject "The Autocar".
