The N34 Allen & Ginter World's Sovereigns set is a (50) card set picturing the world leaders from a number of different countries at the time of printing which is generally believed to have been around 1889-1891. Some countries are represented by a pair of subjects--for instance Kings and Queens--and other countries are represented by a single subject--such as countries that have a president or other type of leader. The cards have beautifully painted fronts picturing the World Sovereign in colorful garb as well as a patterened background and some level of embellishment on the cards along with the countries crest or other recognizable symbol.

This lot includes (15) subjects from the N34 Allen & Ginter World's Sovereigns of which about 1/2 are in VG to VGEX condition with the other 1/2 being in Poor condition. The poor condition cards typically have clean fronts with moderate to heavy back damage. This is one of the tougher small format sets from Allen & Ginter to complete so this lot represents a good group of nearly 1/3 of the set.
