The N408 Marburg Brothers Typical Ships set is a (50) Card set picturing ships of the day. The set features ships from all around the world and boasts beautiful chromolithography. The front of the card advertises for "Greenback" smoking tobacco and has the card title. The backs of the card has plain black printed advertising for Marburg who was located in Baltimore Maryland.
This trio of cards from the N408 Marburg Seal of North Carolina Greenback Ships set are in VG to VGEX condition and clean and incliudes the following subjects: Dutch Boat, Russian Man of War "Catherine II" and Felucca of Barbary Coasts. Great lot of cards from this colorful set.
