The F278-16 set is the Might Mouse Myster Color Pictures series of (6) cards measuring 3-1/2" wide by 5-1/2" high. The cards are black and white line drawing cards that have the magic color technology with them. When brushed with water, the different sections of the card turn the appropriate color.
This single card from the F278-16 Post Cereal Mighty Mouse Mystery Color Pictures set is #2 "Mighty Mouse to the Rescue". The card has had the water applied to it and the colors of yello, blue red and green are now visible on the front of the card. The card is in overall Good condition with some surface issues and light creasing. This would be a great card for a type card collector as these are not plentiful.
