The A2 Allen & Ginter American Indians Album is the companion piece to the N2 and N36 Allen & Ginter American Indians card sets. A wildly popular subject from the 1880's and 1890's, American Indians were immortalized by Allen & Ginter on the cards and in this album. Picturing famous American Indian Chiefs like Sitting Bull, Pontiac, Geronimo and Chief Joseph, among others, this album is a beautiful testament to what was a vibrant Indian culture in the US at one time.
This copy of the A2 album is in F/G condition with moderate wear to the corners and missing the original leather string holding the album together. The spine-side of the album has condition issues--especially at the holes on both covers. The interior pages are mostly clean with no major issues. A presentable copy of a tough album until that better copy comes along.
