The N359 set of actresses is generally found with advertising from the Venable Tobacco company for their products Ideal Cut Plug, Cockade Cut Plug or Pluck Cut Plug. The cards are oversized about 2-3/8" by 4" and picture colorized actresses. Most of the sets are 25 subjects in size. The sets have a number of different combinations of advertising--either front or back only or front and back. The set is also found with advertising on the back for the M.T. Coffey tobacco company for their product 64's Cut Plug. The M.T. Coffey cards are much tougher to find than are all the Venable issues.
This lot is for a single type card from the M.T. Coffey Actresses set. The card is in lower condition with glue stains on the back of the card around the outer edges. The glue does not affect the clean black printing on the back of the card and it is a very tough type card.
