This lot is for a single card from the Harry W. de Forest Tea Company that is part of a (26) card set of cards comprising the alphabet that are also coupons. The back outlines a redemption offer where, when all 26 letters have been collected, the Harry W. de Forest will pay the bearer Five Dollars. The Harry W. de Forest company was in the Maritime province of New Brunswick in St. John. These cards are extremely difficult to find and are rarely found in even the most advanced type card collectors collections.
