V254 Tepee Gum Indians Lot of (11) Cards

The V254 Pappoose Gum is one of the many sets that use the Allen & Ginter artwork from the 1880's. The artwork, as it has in other later series, has reversed images and embellished artwork--feathers added and brighter colors. The set contains the same (50) subjects as do the other variations of the artwork. The cards can be found with no advertising on the back or with advertising for both Papoose Gum or Tee Pee Gum.

This Lot contains a group of (11) Tepee Gum Indians that range from Fair to VGEX. The majority are in GVG type condition and include the following subjects: 4, 7, 9, 11, 23, 24, 27, 31, 36, 38 and 39. Nice lot for the set builder and variation collector of this interesting Canadian set.
