This card is a mechanical trade card advertising for Weissinger & Bate Tobacco of Louisville Kentucky and their product "Hold Fast" which was apparently a chewing tobacco. The trifold card is in VGEX Condition and retains it beautiful, deep coloring picturing a policeman apprehending a thief. Beautiful trade card.
