R96-3 is another variant to the lot of R96 cards from the previous lot. The R96-3 series are thin sheets of stock with (6) cowboy pictures printed on them. The sheets measure 7-3/4" wide by 6" high and are condition sensitive due to the card stock. Little is known about the distribution of the sheets or if they were inserted into a product or, more likely a point-of-sale premium for product purchase. The sheets are duotoned and apparently fall into a number of different color tones including: black & red, blue & red and green & red.
This lot is for a group of (9) Panels from the R96-3 Anonymous Movie Stars set. The panels in this lot are in better than average condition given the fragile nature of the stock the panels are printed on. The panels in this lot range from VG to EX with most being around VGEX. Great start to a complete set of these.
