The N412 Set is a set of (17) known cards picturing presidents, celebrities and actresses. The cards measure 2-1/2 by 4-1/16 inches and have a glossy sepia type front picturing the subject and the backs of the cards are in black and white printing and advertise the Seal of North Carolina brand or the more difficult Lichtenstein brand. The most popular cards in the set include presidents like Abraham Lincoln and Ulysses S. Grant and actress Lillian Russell.
This lot is for a single N419 Marburg Actresses and Celebrities card of the subject Ex President Arthur that has been graded PSA4 or VG-EX. Chester A Arthur was U.S. President from 1881 to 1885. The card is a clean copy that looks to maybe be undergraded by 1-2 grades. The card has great photo clarity and would be a welcome addition to any political collection or N419 Marburg Brothers collection.
