The N240 Kinney Types of Nationalities is a 25 card set. The cards are tri-folder type cards that transform the subjects on them into multiple characters. Different companies used the bi- or trifold format for a number of turn of the century tobacco sets. This set pictures characters from many different countries. The back's can be found in four formats for a master set total of 100 cards. The backs can be found with white or brown background coloring. Within the white backgrounds, they can be found with vertical or horizontal printing. Within the brown backgrounds, they can be found with either gold or black printing on the brown background. This lot contains (8) Vertical white backs including English, Grecian(2), Senorita, Tartar, Turkish and Zulu(2). Horizontal white backs total (11) and include African, American Indian, French, Irish(2), Moorish(2), Persian, Russian(2) and Scotch. The lone brown background with gold printing is Italian.
This lot of (4) cards from the tri-fold N240 Kinney Brothers Types of Nationalities are complete and in approximately VGEX condition and contain the three subjects of Icelandic, Italian and Spanish.
