The N171 Goodwin series covers a number of celebrities, actresses and others and were issued in the late 1880's to early 1890's. The baseball and boxing figures are generally significantly more valuable but there are subjects within the non-sports figures that are even more difficult to find but don't have the level of demand.
This lot of (5) cards from the N171 Goodwin Tobacco Old Judge Actors & Actresses from Group A have the 'bar' advertising inset into the photo itself. The subjects in this lot include: Somerville, Minnie Miller, Mrs. James Brown Potter (shoulders up with hat pose), Mrs. James Brown Potter (full pose behind chair with opera glasses) and Lutie Campbell. The lot of (5) are all in approximate VGEX condition.
