The N282 D. Buchner & Company Butterflies and Bugs is a set of (30) cards issued by Buchner picturing burlesque-type women with wings like butterflies or otherwise dressed as bugs as well. As with may of the Buchner cards, the Butterflies set is not a commonly found set and quite difficult to complete.
This N282 D. Buchner & Company "Butterflies and Bugs" type pictures a bug with short red wings and antannae. The card is a blank-backed version of card from the N282 set and is in poor condition with multiple creases. The card, however, does have complete printing on the front and the back is clean.
