This lot includes a group of (6) Paper Dolls and (2) Paper Doll Dresses and includes Paper Dolls and dresses from some very popular sets from the late 19th century into the early 20th century. Paper ephemera advertising took many forms and die cut paper dolls were all the rage. This lot includes a pair of dolls from Barbour's Irish Flax Threads, another trio from the Estey Organ Company of Brattleboro, Vermont, as well as dolls from Worcester salt and doll dresses from Clarks Ont Spool Cotton and another from Worster Salt. Being die cut and having multiple parts in some instances, the paper dolls and associated pieces are rarely found in very high grade. The dolls and dresses in this group are in poor to VGEX condition as shown in the large photos provided.
