The V401 Aviation Gum set is a (210) Card set picturing airplanes from the 1930's. The set was issued by World Wide Gum in Canada which was the Goudey equivalent. This set remains a popular set of a popular subject during a time when aviation technology was exploding.
Missing 1, 2, 24, 43, 73, 113, 125, 127, 135, 138, 160, 165, 181, 182, 185, 186, 189, 190, 191, 192, 194, 195, 197, 198, 199, 200, 203, 204, 205, 207, 208 and 209. This near set of (178/210) cards run the condition gamut from fair to EX. Most of the cards fall into the VG to VGEX range. A sampling of the card fronts have been scanned. A great near set of these interesting aviation cards.
