The C142-2 Tobacco Products Corporation of Canada Actors/Actresses set is a (120) card subset of the larger set and counterpart to the Strollers set of the United States of the same time frame. The cards picture actors and actresses in black and white with notes to a role that they're known for along with the associated studio. The final (20) cards in the set picture Mack Sennett 'bathing beauties'. The set was issued likely in the 1920's.
This complete set of (120) cards from the C142-2 Tobacco Products Corporation of Canada are mostly in G to VG condition. The bulk of the wear to the cards is at the corners and with light creasing. The set displays nicely, however, and very uniform for a lower grade set.
