The N504 M.S. Pacholder PAX Cigarettes series pictures U.S. Presidents and likely includes 22-23 different subjects depending on when the series was produced. Not all of the first 22-23 presidents have been seen in the series to date. The cards are relatively rare.
This lot is for a single copy of the M.S. Pacholder PAX Cigarettes Presidents series of the subject William Henry Harrison. Harrison was the 7th U.S. President, serving the shortest term from March 4, 1841 to April 4, 1841. Harrison died after only 31 days in office, having contracted, typhoid fever, pneumonia or paratyphoid fever very early in his tenure. This card is in VGEX to EX condition with only a small discolored spot on the back. The photo clarity of the card is at or slightly above normal with a relatively clear picture of Harrison.
