The R44 International Chewing Gum Don't let it Happen Over here is a (24) card series picturing atrocities of war from all over the world with the tagline "Don't let it happen over Here". The cards feature colorful but somewhat crude artwork--especially compared to contemporary card series from Gum Inc and other manufacturers like Horrors of War or War Gum or other sets. The card backs contain an ofen graphic narrative talking about War and overseas atrocities of the early part of WWII.
This lot is for a single copy from the R44 International Chewing Gum Don't Let it Happen Over Here of subject #11 Poison Gas the Unseen Killer that has been graded by PSA as VGEX or "4". The card is very clean and would be a welcome addition to any graded set.
