To hold the cards, American Caramel created a paper album entitled "The Stars of the Screen" with gold printing on the front. The interior pages had space for (10) cards each front and back for a total of (120) cards. These albums are extremely difficult to find now and generally have cards glued in them when found. Interestingly, this album was used to house three sets of Canadian chocolate cards from Lowney and Cowan as noted on the top of the front cover in white pencil. The interior pages have corner edges glued in that were used to hold the cards in similar to what would have been used in a photo album of the day.

This album is in Poor condition with a split of the cover at the spine about 1/2 way up and chipping to the album's corners and borders. White pencil has been used to outline the cards originally housed in the album and the afforementioned corner edges are glued in throughout the album. It is, however, an extremely difficult to find album, rarely seen.
