Phenomenal piece of Goudey Gum history. 1923 Original Stock certificate made out on April 3, 1923 for one share to Woodbury Rand. The certificate is #219 and contains the signatures of Woodbury Rand, Harold Delong as Treasurer and E G Goudey as President. Goudey and Delong are two names synonymous with 1930's gum production in Boston and architects of many of the gum cards from both the Goudey and subsequently the Delong company during this time.
The certificat is in what Iwould consider EX condition with (9) holes punched likely indicating that the share had been redeemed at some point.
