The American Tobacco Company (ATC) series of sets were issued during the very late 19th century into the very early 20th century and were inserted into packs of cigarettes primarily intended for overseas sales to compete against the British American Tobacco interests. Many of the sets borrow artwork from other American tobacco sets of the 19th and 20th centuries.
This lot of (21) American Tobacco Company cards includes cards from a number of series mostly in the G to EX range with most being VG to VGEX. All card fronts and backs have been scanned for detailed viewing.
