The Duke N104 Comic Characters set is a 25 card set picturing what can only be considered as con men, grifters and general scallywags of the day. The cards picture boxers, baseball players, and other professions and are captioned in a manner that is mostly indecipherable to collectors today. The cards are in the larger Duke format--about 2-7/16" by 4-1/4" in size.
Condition breakdown on this lot of (9) cards from the N104 Duke Tobacco Comic Characters is generally G to VG. Six of the nine cards have some writing or stamp on the back. The baseball subject "Off His Base" is included in the lot.
