The American Tobacco Company (ATC) issued the T423 series in the early 1900's, borrowing artwork from the 1880's series of Dancing Women in Native Dress of the W.S. Kimball Company. The ATC cards were likely issued overseas during the period called the "Tobacco War" where ATC and BAT were battling for dominance in the British Tobacco market. THe cards are much scarcer than their N186 Kimball counterparts.
This lot is for a trio of T423 American Tobacco (ATC) Dancing Girls cards. The cards are all VGEX to EX condition and very clean.
