The N18 Allen & Ginter Parasol Drill set pictures ladies of means holding parasols in some fashion with a descriptive note as to how they're being held. The set is one of the less popular sets among the (44) chromolithographed sets that Allen & Ginter produced during the late 1880's into the early 1890's. The backs of the cards contain a checklist of the 50 cards in the set.
This lot includes (8) cards from the N18 Allen & Ginter set including the following subjects: Carry Arms, Fatigue Dress, Left Shoulder Arms, Present Arms, Reserve, Take Arms, Under Inspection and Waiting for Escort. The cards in this lot generally run from VGEX to EX+ with just generally honest wear.
