National Licorice issued the African Jig card set sometime in the early 1930's. The set is a 24 card set picturing African animals in natural habitat in kind of muted colors on the card fronts. The card backs are numbered at the top with the card title and some history about the animal pictured on the front. The bottom of the back advertises for the National Licorice Company of Brooklyn, Philadelphia and Moline, Illinois. The back states that, when assembled in order, card numbers 1 to 24 will build a beautiful African Jungle Scene sized 9-1/2 inches by 17-1/4 inches.
The condition breakdown on this set is as follows: VGEX(4 cards), VG(13 cards), G(6 cards) and P(Gorilla - Pinhole).
