The J. Milhoff tobacco company issued a set of (25) cards in 1924 to form a set called Men of Genius. The set celebrates men who have changed the world through their writings, experiments and escapades. Luminaries in the set include Edison, Shakespeare, Beethoven, Lincoln, Hugo, Darwin, Wright, Einstein, Tolstoy, Poe and others. The set is very popular with collectors.
This single 1924 J. Millhoff & Co Men of Genius is of the subject #14 Professor Albert Einstein that has been graded SGC6 EXMT. Arguably the key in the set, this card is very clean and one of Einstein's earliest cards.
