The Sea Raiders set is cataloged R124 for the American versions and V359 for the Canadian Version. This particular card is the version with both English and French text on back or the "B" version. The Sea Raiders is one of the more loved sets of cards from the 1930's due to the great content and artwork on the cards. The first 24, or low numbers, are relatively easy to find and complete. The high numbers are prohibitively difficult to find in any condition.
This lot is for a single card #31 picturing Pierre Le Grand. The card is in VG condition with moderate corner wear and a clean back. The back features the dual language version with both English and French. High number Sea Raiders from either WWG or Goudey are very tough. A great find in any condition.
