Many people believe the 1951 Bowman Jets, Rockets and Spacemen set to be one of the visionary sets of the early 1950's. The artwork is unparalleled and the subject matter was that of dreams for many a small child opening the packs in 1951. The set was ahead of it's time and one of the earliest space sets to be issued on a mainstream card set.
Condition Breakdown on the set is as follows: VGEX to EX condition (67 cards), VG condition or worse (41 cards). Overall the set displays nicely and evenly. Many of the lower grade cards are downgraded to to wax stains on the back or general corner wear.
