The R109 Pirates Picture set was issued by Gum, Inc of Philadelphia, PA in the late 1930's. The set is a colorful depiction of a pirate's life and all that entails throughout the 72 cards in the set. The wrapper uses much of that artwork to create a fantastic look in orange green and purple.
This wrapper is in about VG to VGEX condition with no real flaws other than moderate creasing which is very common on 1930's gum wrappers.
