The 1964 Union Oil Dodgers set is a promotional collection celebrating the Los Angeles Dodgers, issued by Union Oil Company. This set features 12 oversized, color paintings of the named player in a dodgers hat as well as without hat smiling. The images are set against a colorful background, each measuring approximately 8 by 10 inches, showcasing individual players, including stars like Sandy Koufax, Don Drysdale, and Maury Wills. Distributed at Union Oil gas stations in Southern California, these photos were intended as a premium for Dodgers fans during the 1964 baseball season.
This complete set of (18) 1964 Union Oil Dodgers are in VG to EX condition, averaging around VGEX. Great regional set.
