The V49 Lowney's Chocolate Just Kids set is a 24 card set that measures 3-7/8" wide by 1-1/2" high and pictures the comics Just Kids in a small scene with a coupon on the front of the card. The back of the card has an advertisement for a coupon redemption. Send all coupons in 1-24 and the customer could get a combination pen and pencil. The Walter M. Lowney Company of Montreal created a number of Canadian "V" chocolate sets during the 1920's and 1930's.
This lot of (29) V49 Lowney's Chocolates cards have had the coupons removed from the right side and all have a number written on them in pencil on the front. There is some duplication in the lot.
