The 1965 Topps Embossed Presidents and Famous Americans set capitalizes on the similar type cards that were popular in 1965 Topps Baseball. The embossed or raised surface cards have gold tinting with a raised image of the famous American or President along with his name and short bio on the front of the card and the card is numbered on the back of the card. The cards measure 2-1/2" Wide by 4-11/16" High. There are 35 presidents through Lyndon B. Johnson and other famous Americans like Frank Lloyd Wright, Benjamin Franklin, Alexander Hamilton and other famous inventors.
This complete set of (44) 1965 Topps Embossed Presidents and Famous Americans cards are in VG to EXMT condition, averaging around VGEX/EX.
