Buchner Gold Coin tobacco issued a number of sets involving policemen and the N288 series pictures police inspectors in a slightly larger format than the more prolific N284 series. The series numbers 95 subjects with some of them duplicated from the smaller format N284 series.
This lot is for a single N288 Buchner Police and Fire Captain card of the subject "Capt. Henry French" in Poor/Fair condition with a dot of paper loss on the front bottom and more significant issues on the back.
