Felix Potin of France issued a couple different (500) card set picturing writers, musicians, artists, statesmen, soldiers and other famous historical figures from all across the world with an emphasis on Frenchmen within those categories. The cards were blank backed and had 'Collection Felix Potin' at the top with the subject's name at the bottom. Subjects like Jules Verne, Alexandre Dumas, Victor Hugo, Emile Zola, Stanley and Livingstone, Pope Leon XIII, Thomas Edison and many more were in the series.
This lot of (46) Felix Potin cards all have some light paper residue on the back from album removal but are in otherwise VGEX to EX condition.
