Topps 1965 effort for Gilligan's Island was an extremely rare, narrowly issued set of (55) cards. The cards were black and white on the front with black and red backs. The Gilligan's Island show was one of the most popular of the day and remains popular even in syndication now. The characters of Gilligan, Skipper, Mary Ann, The Proffessor, Ginger and the Howell's were among some of the best known characters of TV in the 1960's. The show featured the stranded crew on an island and their antics in day to day life trying to get off the island.
This lot of (6) 1965 Topps Gilligan's Island cards are in VGEX to EX condition and includes the following numbers: 10, 19, 24, 33, 35 and 53.
