The R28 Cartoon Series is a (48) card set with (4) different subjects--Tailspin Tommy (#401-408), Tarzan of the Apes (#409-416), Broncho Bill (#417-424) and Buck Rogers (#425-448). All (4) were popular comics of the 1930's but the fascination with Buck Rogers and his adventures garnered 1/2 of the set and mirrored the fascination of the children of the day with Buck Rogers' exploits.
This lot of (6) cards from the R28 Cartoon Comics set are all Buck Rogers cards in VG to VGEX condition and includes the following subjects: #428, 429, 432, 434, 435 and 438.
