The V254 Pappoose Gum is one of the many sets that use the Allen & Ginter artwork from the 1880's. The artwork, as it has in other later series, has reversed images and embellished artwork--feathers added and brighter colors. The set contains the same (50) subjects as do the other variations of the artwork.
This lot of (22) V254 Papoose Gum Indian Series cards are in Fair to VG condition.
