The R190 America's Defender series was issued by Milkes chocolates as a six box set in 1941. The set includes B17 Pilot Colin Kelly, General Douglas MacArthur, Army Truck, Bomber, Machine Gunner and Pursuit Ship. The boxes are rare and even rarer to find in complete form.
This lot of (2) boxes from the R190 Milkes Candy America's Defenders set includes the subjects Pursuit Ship and Army Truck . The boxes are in Fair to VG condition--which is very common for the series. Regardless of technical grade, these boxes are beautiful representations of the craftsmanship of these early candy companies.
