The Merley Candy Company issued this interesting set of (56) matchbook-looking candy cards picturing highway signs and miniature license plates on each card of all the U.S. States and some Canadian Provinces in 1952. The cards measure 2" wide by 5" high and advertise Licade on 1/2 of the card with the other road sign/license plate combinations on the bottom 1/2 of the card. Backs are blank and there is a fold line in the center of the card.
This lot of (36) R-UNC Merley Candy Licade License Plates are in VG to VGEX condition with the only concerns being some light staining of some type of product.
