The UO5 Signal Oil Antique Auto Cars set is a (63) card set that has a tough companion sample card. The cards were given out each week at Signal Oil stations during 1953. The same artwork was used on the Oak Premiere Trading card set and the similar Parkhurst set in Canada. The Signal Oil cards are similar to playing cards with rounded corners. The fronts have a colorful monotone color that changes along with a detailed picture and name of the car pictured on the front. The back of the card contains the card number with a small narrative about the card on front and a redemption offer for (4) different large color prints that can be had for 25 cents.
This near complete set of (55/63) of the UO5 Signal Oil Antique Auto Cars and the companion sample card are in VGEX to EX condition with the sample card being in Good condition.
