The General Baking Company issued the D4 series likely in the 1950's as bottom trays for packages of donuts or cookies. The cards picture simple drawings of various animals, ships or aircraft. The cards are tough to find in nice shape as the food soiled the card backs. The cards from the D4 series are lettered "A", "B" or "C".

This lot of (13) D4 General Baking Animals, Ships, Airplanes cards are in mixed condition with some staining which is normal with the donuts that were placed in direct contact with the cards. Great, large lot of cards from this obscure set.
