This colorful Kinney Brothers advertising piece measures about 7-1/2" wide by 12" tall. It advertises for "Special" High Class Cigarettes. The actress pictured on the piece is likely Lillian Russell although not identified as her. The piece has some chipping issues around the exterior but the interior picture is clean and colorful.
