This great lot includes (316) different 2" wide by 3" tall full color cut outs from the newspaper comics section picturing different subjects. There are famous men and women, fish, birds, insects, animals and many many more. Each cutout has a portion of a full color comic on the back. Most subjects have 21-22 cut outs and we have no idea if the set is complete or if any individual subjects are complete. Each group is in a small envelope with neat handwriting on the envelope detailing the group. Most are noted to have been trimmed out in October 1935.
The breakdown for these interesting cutouts is as follows: Famous Men (22), Famous Women (21), Fish (21), Aviation (22), Architecture (21), Plants and Leaves (16), Invention (22), Transportation (22), Reptiles (21), Birds (22), History (16), Animals (22), Insects (21), Peoples (21), Geography (21) and Plants (5). Most all are nicely trimmed and have no issues but about 5% have a tear or piece missing. Overall, a great lot.
