The 1977 Topps Star Wars set may be THE iconic set of the 1970's. In fact, it may be the most iconic set from Topps for the last 50 years. The set capitalized on the incredible popularity of the release of the first Star Wars move in 1977--A New Hope. The first series of (66) cards and (11) stickers and was quickly followed by four more card sets structured in the same manner. The base colors of the five Star Wars sets may be some of the best known cards in the industry.
This lot of (156) 1977 Topps Star Wars cards are from the Blue, Yellow and Green series and are in higher grade EXMT to NRMT-MT condition. Beautiful group for the set builder.
