The R18 Army, Navy and Air Corps Strip Card set is a (48) card set of strip cards that were issued in strips of 8 cards as likely point-of-sale items for candy sales. The set pictures Army, Navy and Air Corps images from World War II battles and war theatres.
This lot is for (6) R18 W.S. Corp Army Navy Air Corps cards that have all been graded SGC5 or EX and include the following subjects: #601 Sailors "Learning the Ropes", #621 Camouflaged Filipino Artillery, #641 Attacking Rabaul, #642 Defending Corregidor, #643 Hit and Run at Cebu by U.S. and #644 In the Hills at Bataan. Great lot of these popular cards picturing famous battles of WWII.
