These postcards, featuring brilliant color photos of antique and classic cars, was issued by the Long Island Automobile Museum, probably in the 1980s. The museum has since closed its doors. These cards are a joy to look through; the photos are stunning. Condition is high overall, with no writing noted on any cards, and a few cards exhibiting light “shelf wear”. A few duplicates included. The total number of cards issued by the Museum is unknown, but is estimated at about 535, so this lot represents a significant fraction of the cards issued.
This lot of (219) postcards are in EX to EXMT condition and contains a small amount of duplication. Very neat lot.
