The N552 Blackwell's Durham Tobacco Company issued these thin stock cards as samples of larger sheets that were premiums that could be obtained by sending six coupons to Blackwell's. It is believed to be a series of (3) cards or folders. They measure about 6 x 6.5 inches and are always found folded in the middle.

This type card is in about VG to VGEX condition with some stress at the fold, particularly at the very bottom of the fold.
