The cards measure 2-1/2 by 4-1/16 inches and have a glossy sepia type front picturing the subject and the backs of the cards are in black and white printing and advertise the Seal of North Carolina brand or the more difficult Lichtenstein brand. The most popular cards in the set include presidents like Abraham Lincoln and Ulysses S. Grant and actress Lillian Russell.

This single N412 Seal of North Carolina card pictures Mrs. Cleveland and is in VGEX condition. Frances Cleveland was a well-known actress of her day and wife to President Grover Cleveland. She's a popular subject on many 19th century tobacco and trade cards.
