The N488 Actress set is a stock photo set that was used for a number of different tobacco companies as advertising. The N488A is the Mayo Cut Plug variation with the characteristic rectangular blue Mayo's Cut Plug logo on the front--generally in the upper right corner and the Mayo name with "Richmond Virginia" on the bottom of the card. There appears to be a couple variations on the typeset used for the bottom advertising as well as the spacing at the top for the "For Smoking and Chewing" tagline.
This lot of (15) N488A Mayo Cut Plug Actresses cards are primarily in VG to VGEX condition with three cards having some paper adhered to the back. Great group for the set collector.
